Have your first mental skills training session on us.
Service Description
We'll meet you to help you train your mental muscles for free for one hour. Sit with one of our qualified mental trainers and he/she will guide you through ways to train your mental muscles for your sport or studies. You'll learn about how you can improve in the areas of habit formation, focus, visualization, confidence regulation, stress management, and more. You'll also have the opportunity to ask your coach any questions you might have about improving your performance. Please note that this is a once-off service. Once you have had a free session with us, you no longer qualify for another one. You are however free to sign up for any of our other amazing services!
