Service Description
Athletes join us for a 3-day clinic in which they will learn the technical and practical aspects of training their mental muscles for competition.
Athletes will learn about how to set goals, form habits, maintain focus, visualize, manage their confidence, and manage their stress.
The first two days of the clinic will take a total of two hours each (Including breaks). The final day will consist of one our of coaching.
